I think we veered off track after trying to analyze the bin Laden composites. ex. from the pic of Binny and the Sun/Venus pic...the transit of Venus....was it a go signal? Was it? I don't think we really know.
What's certain is that we've done some excellent dot connecting in the past and I agree that it's time to get back on track. I'm to blame for part of the meteor discussions because of the "blast" that I heard. I apologize.

Don't apologize. If someone hears an explosion they should report it. And not here first, but to the authorities.
Speculation is fine, but it went from sonic booms to transformer explosions to meteors to an asteroid careening towards earth. And even that is fine as far as speculation goes (no one has the right to censor anyone else except the mods) but it became a dominant theme. Everything in moderation, or as Ecclesiastes would say "there is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven". (I guess that applies especially to meteors.)
On an earlier thread the same thing happened with me on a discussion of Russia. It might have been interesting but it got too far away from terrorism. No reason a broad array of topics should not be fair game, but the further away from terrorism (and terra firma) we go, the more self-restraint should be practiced (imho)
