Alot of dignataries are now showing up to pay respects. McCain, Guiliani, Gorby, Karzai, etc.

Cspan has live coverage. Bush expected at 7 but could be earlier? He is then going to visit with Mrs. Reagan.

Guard changes about every half hour at .28 and .58 of the hour. One is going on right now.

It was wonderful to see Mr. Bush at the ceremony. Obviously, both men share similar philosophies and history. Each is a man born in modest circumstance. Yet, by wits, graciousness and forcefulness of manner, each achieved greatness. Both rose to the occasion when our Republic was threatened, and rallied the nation to smite the danger.

Frankly, I think historians will rank GW Bush and RW Reagan as about equal in greatness.

mystery, perhaps you can tell me which branches of the military the different dress uniforms of the Honor Guard belong to. Specifically, the ones with a dark jacket and white pants. Also, earlier today, there was one in an all white suit and white dress shoes (not like the ones whose pants appear to be tucked into their boots). Thanks.

After months of 12 hour working days including weekends because of this "destructive Bush Economy" (LoL's) I worked two hours....and took 6 hours of (mental) vacation with my own authorization, so I appreciate your graciousness which shows tolerance considering my state of mind right now! ; )

In case anybody's interested, Rush will be commenting on the funeral tomorrow .. he plans to go on the air about 8:30 west coast time. Which is a half hour before his show normally starts. He said he's covering the whole funeral.

I'm not sure what he plans to do.
