Rush just said that someone who saw Bush's eulogy said it's a real tear jerker, a command performance.
The networks are going to hate this.
I'm sure Soro's employees are not allowed to watch.
Eggs... me too. If you find a vidio or copy of Stevens speech, please ping me. Thanks.
THANKS PETER!
Who is the effeminate sounding guy talking in the Wellstone clips? Just wondering.
I know, I'm listening. It sure does illustrate the differences between the liberals and the rest of us.
Not to worry. President Bush has always been at his best when his words are heartfelt.
Wellstone's son? Maybe he was gay.
I had to pull off the road when the band played the Battlehymn of the Republic yesterday at the Rotunda. Sobbing and driving are muli-tasks that work for me.
Tomorrow should be a real tear-jerker; Bush will be extraordinary, I just know it.
Try Michael Savage Web site. He also loved the speech and was going to try to post it.
Check post number 7 for the speech.
It will be during the service at the Cathedral, I think around noon EST on Friday
No problem. It was a great speech.
Don't say nuke-u-ler. Don't say nuke-u-ler. ;)
You're a lot stronger than I.
"The Battle Hymn of the Republic"
played slowly like a funeral dirge,
did me in and I can't remember shedding
such a steady stream of tears since my
father died 32 years ago.
You are so right:
tomorrow is the heavist day of all.
I wept when I saw Margaret Thatcher
kneel yesterday. Imagine what we'll
feel when her eulogy is played with her
sitting there near the family.
Did I read right?
Are you fixing to move down South
soon also? If so, we'll be almost
neighbors... Alabama, and I'll be
in Vicksburg, Mississippi soon.
Anyone know if the audio of the AF choir (and Cheney's speech) is out on the web anywhere?
I had to run out for Chinese and I couldn't get the service on my radio so I missed that and Cheney's speech.
That is precisely the point where I burst into tears, too.
I don't need to see the speech to tell tyou the same thing! Lets just hope Dubya doesn't hack it up - I love the guy but he does a hatchet job on long prepared speeches. Dubya is better off the cuff.
