Then he is going to call on Mrs. Reagan afterwards. I doubt he will be speaking. I hope he goes with his father : )

At his press conference, about 45 minutes ago, he said he would be at the rotunda in about an hour and a half.
That would put him there areound 5 pm EDT. We'll just have to wait and see.
