Forgive but an ugly observation: I believe Kerry is trying to set up a "Bentstead" scenario. By saying he met with Reagan, is Kerry trying to say that he met Reagan and GWBush is no Reagan? I suspect as much. That would be real hutzpah since he was literally a Reagan contrarian with few exceptions.
I'm not sure; it was right after the senators left......she was the first one up after Hassert, with Bill Frist.
She curtsied twice.
Publis has stopped, changing of the guard, watching c-span.

Well, God love her, thats sweet. I can appreciate her emotion, I lost it several times today and the day before and the day before...
Publis=public...Forgive me, Vicodin
I've been telling everyone for years that I want Amazing Grace on bagpipes at my funeral .... just to be absolutely sure everyone will cry.
Just heard on CNN that its estimated 5,000 an hour will pass through the Rotunda. Ypwards of 200,000 before the service Friday.
I wasn't criticizing the funeral ... it was totally wonderful and moving.
I did miss not being able to hear the muffled drum and see more of the horse, but that was more a matter of coverage.
I loved the rest of the music.
I even liked Steven's but knew while I was hearing him that it would be severely criticized.
I'm so sorry that I missed seeing her.
Yes, he was.
She looks just great in that still. How was her mobility ?
My heart breaks every time I see Nancy. He has been in her life since 1947 and ,I believe, married for 52 years. I'm nowhere close to having lived 50 years, much less can I imagine being married to someone that long. There will be a huge void in her life. I am praying for her, she is such a great lady.
not at the pace shown on CSPAN now - no way they get 5000 an hour at this pace. people are just standing around and walking very slowly.
Did you have to post that photo? :)
Here come the waterworks on my part again. I love that woman.
This one is a masterpiece.
