Even in death Reagan is able to unite this Country.
God Bless that family.
It was nice to see the familiar faces paying respects. Ed Meese in a display of honor, as well as George Will and V.P. and Mrs. Quayle deeply moved, and I'd swear I saw Pete Dominici.
I'm glad my DSL loaded them instantly.:-)
My school years were full of curtsey's, I went to a school with academics and ballet. It's a lost art unfortunately. I suppose the only ones left are ballet dancers.
maybe I'll start using mine again.
Agree. Sure would like to know his ratings from tonight's show.
Just a note from Illinois, Mitch: We know that Canada's people are better than the behavior of their governement and media. You still are a great nation, and we'll pray you get back to where you belong soon.
CSPAN has a crowd shot outside....WOW!!!!!!!
Break into your piggy bank.
I totally agree. I am so tired of commentators dancing around President Reagan's accomplishments and damning him with faint praise about his sunny dispostion. The man reversed the course of a multi-trillion dollar economy and brought America back to life! And stood down and defeated communism in his spare time! I love President Reagan's personality, but we cannot avoid mentioning what he did with it.
mombonn wrote: "old gal" is hardly a respectful way to refer to Mrs. Reagan.
JRPerry replies:
Ummmmmm. I'll be the judge of that MomBonn. Don't be the P.C. Police okay. "Old Gal" is respectful, it is geniune, truthful and it is familiar and affectionate down here in the south where I am from. Matter of fact, I took it from something Reagan himself said in his book. Worry about something that matters - okay MomBonn, get over yourself? I'd be the last one to disrespect Nancy. Thanks. :)

Yes. I ran out of words ages ago to describe the man. I love his wonderful mind and well, I just flat out adore him..
I'll give up food before I give up my broadband!
Check out the crowd lined up waiting to get in to pay their respect on C-span
In deed. The good Lord broke the mold when our Ronnie was born. There will never be another.
CSPAN is showing huge lines...
If you're getting pop ups on FR, you probably need to download and run spybot and/or ad-aware. They remove the junk that gets attached to your registery files. Do a google for spybot and/or adaware. They're free.
Cspan is the best
