I'm actually glad to hear this. I stopped doing business with them a couple of years ago for reasons that have nothing to do with this, so at least you've confirmed that it is a sh!t company.
Amen! BankOne is the greediest bank/credit card company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They are deceitful money-grubbers who deserve all the problems that come their way. And then some.
