Is it Stevens? Our local news was wrong then because they said Majority Leader Frist. Frist would be better IMHO!

Stevens is President Pro Tem of the Senate & from the schedules I've seen, he'll be speaking.

Stevens is the President pro temp of the Senate... he may have protocol precedence over Frist.
