They were truly divine. How did we get so lucky to have them?

You look around today and the same traitors are at it again. They're desperately hoping the country will forget RR by Nov. It's sick.

What a wonderful picture! I hope Nancy remembers moments like those.

Oh, you should have seen what he said about the "antiwar," radical campus Left.

Someone said today that, yes, he did save 77 souls while a teenage lifeguard, but he believed most of them were females.

Thank you for the ping to this thread, I have been following along from the office trying to maintain my composure. My mother, who sadly only had a little more than half of President Reagan's years, loved him with such affection and somehow that makes me all the sadder today. My mother taught me to love my country and for me he was the public personification of the reasons.

Don't waste your time with him. He's dense as a board. Just be grateful he will be voting for Bush.

I'm late on this thread, and maybe someone has corrected this...

..Maureen is/was the daughter of Jane Wyman and Ronald Reagan.
..They also had a daughter that was born premature and died shortly after.
They adopted Michael as a baby.

Nancy was not previously married and had no children, except the two, Patty and Ron, she had with Ronald Reagan.

Never was a truer statement spoken. Can you imagine how bad of shape we'd be in if he hadn't been elected? I mean things are bad after 8 years of Clintoon can you image all of the 80's without Ronald Reagan? Thanks President Reagan... your legacy is our gift.

It was a redundant 'knock it off' by the Moderators.

A woman named Kiron Skinner is the one for it. She used to be a demcrat, I believe, until she started paying less attention to the media and closer attention to the things Reagan actually said. I hope she will do the same for Bush. I hope all Americans will.
