When I criticized Drudge for saying something stupid, it was his caution about security being tight at President Reagan's laying in state, and telling people not to bring sugar causing a anthrax scare. Really, really stupid to even mention such a thing.

Ohhhh. Yeah on another thread someone was hoping out loud that some ANSWER-funded liberals don't throw red paint on his casket. Can you imagine anything more disrespectful?

I will do that. What a great speech. Religion in government. I bet the liberals listening tonight all started throwing their power bars at their radios.

He's been around for so long. I think he's pretty entertaining to listen to. He sounds like everyone's grandpa.

Is Stalin also on display?
He fell out of favor.
Might have something to do with the 20 million he put into labor camps and subsequently killed.

Yeah, I'm with you. I was born in the fall of 1967 and I knew all about communism during the 80's.

Oh man oh man oh man. I just heard the audio Drudge played of that 1984 Prayer Breakfast in Dallas speech from President Reagan. It was simply stunning in its simple purity. It would be awesome to see a complete transcript of that. Wow...tears.
It was truly amazing. It not only describes the role God should play in our lives, but is also a rallying call to those of us with faith. I'm not for shoving religion down anyone's throat, however our nation will not survive without deference to a higher calling.
Freedom of religion, not freedom from religion.
