Ronald Reagan was the greatest President (and communicator) of my lifetime. And I'm an old guy.
Well, I just came of age in Norway at the time when President Reagen got elected. I lived at time in Finnmark, Norway close to the border to the Soviet Union.
Reagen was willified in a way similar to to the way President Bush is today. For us living on the border to the Soviet Union it was quite different.
