I wouldn't call pro-life John McCain, a liberal.
OTOH, pro-choice Arnold Schwarzenegger, is a liberal.

Amen, brother.
Funny, Rev. J.J. had it right. "Stay out of the Bushes."

Someone to control the borders?
anyone remember Pat Buchanan???
I know he left the Republican party, but that was just to destroy the Reform party. He's the only one with b@lls big enough to say he'd control the borders.
Also, I must say that this is my first post to this forum. I found ya'll last week, and have been reading all these posts with my jaw in my lap. Ahhhh. I've found a new home....didn't think places like this existed anymore. Proud to add the term freeper to my list of qualifications.

I'm not an open borders/WTO guy like Newt, but this ticket would drive the libs nuts!

This is America, just say it in English. French isn't too well thought of around here.
To: Bluntpoint
Then maybe you should post a picture of Mike? That other Ron would probably run as a Green!
To: Bluntpoint
Ronald Wilson Reagan = conservative.
Ron Reagan = liberal.

I misread the question. My list was names of those who might run, not those who should.

"pro-life John McCain"Yeah, sure...

Cheney should step down in 2006 for 'health reasons' and Watts should be nominated to finish the term.Watts or anyone else for that matter will not be confirmed as long as the Senate has less than a 60 seat Republican majority.

Who is Rev. J.J. ? I seem to remember a Con Party nut saying that at their 92 convention... maybe Rushdoony (who is theologically whacked).
To: streetpreacher
Let's see your evidence that proves McCain isn't pro-life.
Don't take me wrong. There are plenty of reasons to oppose John McCain, but the abortion issue isn't one of them.

'Garde la foi' is my real family motto. If a French motto is good enough for the queen of England than it is good enough for me.
There is NO shame in being French. There is only shame in STAYING French.
Garde la Foi, mes amis! Nous nous sommes les sauveurs de la République! Maintenant et Toujours!
