I predicted that in the months following 9-11. We were on our ears, reeling. Would've been the perfect time to advance the plan of our destruction. We can only guess at the Hurculean efforts of those whose job it is to protect us that averted those disasters. There's no way our luck can hold. That's a fact. I have been predicting (in print, BTW) a WMD terror attack using chemicals since I was first published on the subject in 1990. That's but one possible axis of attack. I think it's going to be the summer of terror.
IF it's chemicals, then June, July and August are the prime windows of opportunity. Sept., Oct and Nov will be moving out of that as far as the climatic conditions are concerned for maximum persistency of the agent used. Other than that I have no clue. But I'm particularly interested in the significance of June 8th as has already been posted here.
