WAVE IS LOW-AMPLITUDE AND IS NOT DETECTABLE IN THE DAKAR SENEGAL
SOUNDING. SEE ITCZ FOR RELATED CONVECTION.

CONVECTIVE ACTIVITY HAS EXPLODED WITHIN THE ITCZ NEAR THE
VICINITY OF THE WAVE...BUT THIS IS ALSO THE RESULT OF BROAD
UPPER LEVEL DIFFLUENCE OVER THE AREA. SCATTERED MODERATE
CONVECTION FROM 8N-11N BETWEEN 42W-50W. ALSO SEE ITCZ FOR OTHER
CONVECTION.

TROPICAL WAVE ALONG 85W S OF 20N MOVING WEST 20 KT. THE UPPER
LEVEL SOUNDING FROM CURACAO SHOWS A WAVE PASSAGE OVER THE
CENTRAL CARIBBEAN ABOUT 2 DAYS AGO...BUT THE SIGNATURE IS
PRIMARILY ABOVE 850 MB. THIS SEEMS TO MATCH WELL WITH A POSITION
NEAR NICARAGUA/HONDURAS WITH A WEAK MID-LEVEL CIRCULATION MOVING
INTO THE GULF OF HONDURAS. CONVECTION ASSOCIATED WITH THE WAVE
IS LOCATED MOSTLY TO THE EAST OF THE AXIS...ALSO ON THE
DOWNSTREAM SIDE OF A CO-LOCATED UPPER LEVEL TROUGH...WITH
SCATTERED MODERATE FROM 12N-18N BETWEEN 78W-84W.

This fits in with all the questions that we ask, so will attempt to repeat what I heard.

A caller asked about a dirty bomb.

As we know, it is an explosive of some kind, that has had radioactive material added to it. The goal of course to spread radioactive material to as wide an area as possible.

What should you do:

Get the hell out, walk away from the area, strip and take a bath. Throw away the clothes.

Clean the mess up, properly protected.

The Japan bombs were nuclear, they will have a longer effect and are entirely different.

There will actually not be that much danger from the dirty bomb, (unless you get killed at once).

The danger is from the mass hysteria of the people.

The writers of the reports and newsmen, are not taking the time to learn what they are reporting and are scaring folks more than needed about the dirty bombs.

There will be the expected hysteria and then there will be those who like to stir up the hysteria.

For a dirty bomb, the economic damage will be from the people's hysteria.

The radio activity, will not be that much or last that long, it will not be the same as a nuclear bomb contains.

Now that you are at peace, he then said that the next hijacked airplane will more than likely be flown into a Nuclear plant.
