Someone posted a suggestion on another thread. I can't find the post now to credit him.
But he said, why don't these tankers have a couple of Denver boots on them when they're just sitting there?
And then someone suggested he tell the Homeland Security about this idea.
I must not have had enough coffee. What does that mean?
I don't understand why the tankers don't all have GPS to be able to track them?? Denver boots too, at least!
