Someone posted a suggestion on another thread. I can't find the post now to credit him.

But he said, why don't these tankers have a couple of Denver boots on them when they're just sitting there?

And then someone suggested he tell the Homeland Security about this idea.

In the downtown area, thieves cut into a fence at Methodist Ambulatory to steal several tanks of nitrous gas, carbon dioxide, oxygen and compressed air.

"I can't imagine why they would want to take anything like this. I really don't know why. We only can suspect that they were using them to sell them," Methodist Ambulatory Operations Director Andrea De Leon, RN said.

Saudi Arabia (Country threat level - 5): Unidentified gunmen opened fire on a convoy of three cars carrying U.S. military personnel leaving the Iskan Saudi National Guard compound in southern Riyadh, the capital, on 2 June 2004. Gunmen reportedly shot at one of the vehicles and then fled the scene. One person was injured but there were no fatalities.
