My late husband and I visited his son (a colonel in the AF at the time) in Virginia in 1989, but we only made it to the Smithsonian when we went into DC. (Fortunately, all I know who served in Viet Nam returned home!)

I was there in 1992 while my brother attended Georgetown. We have a cousin on the center panel on the left about 7 feet up. I was 8 when we attended his services at Arlington.
