From Michael Moore's web site:

The Iraqis who have risen up against the occupation are not "insurgents" or "terrorists" or "The Enemy." They are the REVOLUTION, the Minutemen, and their numbers will grow -- and they will win. Get it, Mr. Bush? ....

I currently have two cameramen/reporters doing work for me in Iraq for my movie (unbeknownst to the Army). They are talking to soldiers and gathering the true sentiment about what is really going on. They Fed Ex the footage back to me each week. That's right, Fed Ex. Who said we haven't brought freedom to Iraq! The funniest story my guys tell me is how when they fly into Baghdad, they don't have to show a passport or go through immigration. Why not? Because they have not traveled from a foreign country -- they're coming from America TO America, a place that is ours, a new American territory called Iraq.

WOW!, so lets see if I understand...
- Michael Moore admitted on his website April 14th: "I currently have two cameramen/reporters doing work for me in Iraq for my movie (unbeknownst to the Army)."
- Michael Moore admitted at Cannes that he had smuggled three camera crews into Iraq to film disillusioned US soldiers for his documentary
- Salon.com admits that Moore filmed a 20-minute 'interview' with Nick Berg, before Berg left for Iraq.
- kuro5hin.org says: "Berg visited Iraq from December, 2003, to January, 2004, and then again starting March 14, 2004. Berg was purportedly looking for electrical contracting work building radio towers. He could not find work, though there was reportedly plenty."
- Berg was known to have found some work at the Abu Gharib prison shortly before the classified photos got leaked to CBS.
Yep... I'd have to say it looks like
Berg may have been on Moore's payroll or at very least, was trying to 'freelance' for Moore throughout Iraq.
If Moore has any footage of Berg, or footage of anything that is 'classified', I think that would qualify him for some Gitmo time, and for confiscation of all his work within the last year.
