I have an entirely serious statement to make, below.

If he truly has such video, then there are three thoughts in my mind:

One, if he has received information from terrorists, as an American citizen, it would be highly illegal for him NOT to turn it over to the FBI or another appropriate agency as official evidence.

Two, if he was involved with the activities resulting in Berg's death, he will have no end of trouble.

Three, if he is merely bluffing, he could be charged with interfering with an ongoing law enforcement investigation, at the very least.

I think his mouth just overloaded his butt. And that takes some doing.

If Moore managed to obtain evidence in a terrorist act and refuses to turn it over or refuses to discuss where he obtained that evidence, he very well may end up in a Fat farm on Guantanamo eating Moslem meals with his buds.

"Bluffing" in such a matter can still be aid and comfort to the enemy. The propagandista has already committed an act of treason by siding with the enemy (claiming they are not the enemy, they are not terrorists, and they WILL win).

I suspect that what he may have is either street interview footage of Nick or prison interview footage. If he has acquired terrorist footage of Nick, Mike's days of freedom are limited. A cleric in England who had ties to the terrorist video just got arrested.

This is a real game. Hollywood liars shouldn't meddle.
