"Bluffing" in such a matter can still be aid and comfort to the enemy. The propagandista has already committed an act of treason by siding with the enemy (claiming they are not the enemy, they are not terrorists, and they WILL win).

I suspect that what he may have is either street interview footage of Nick or prison interview footage. If he has acquired terrorist footage of Nick, Mike's days of freedom are limited. A cleric in England who had ties to the terrorist video just got arrested.

And, for any DU lurkers out there, let this serve as a warning: Michael Moore is NOT your friend, your buddy, or even a "fellow traveler". He's an opportunistic POS that has only his interests at heart, and none of yours. He should get strong attention and trouble from law enforcement for this, and not just because we don't like the guy.
