Look at what the democrats were doing before the mid-term elections of 2002!!! They were basically doing the same thing they are now, the only difference is they have stepped up the vitriolic rhetoric to levels never seen before in our history as a nation.

Extreme leftist like Nancy Pelosi, Jim McDermott, Ted Kennedy, Lautenberg of New Jersey, and Dennis Kucinich are now the face of the Democrat Party. Moderates like Joe Lieberman, Evan Byhe, Zell Miller, and others like them are no longer leading the democrats, they have been silenced by the radical leftists who are taking the Party further to the left. This is a losing strategy, it would be like Pat Buchanan leading the Republican Party, That would be disastrous. And the leftist who now rule the Democrat Party will crash and burn in a spectacle rivaling the Hindenburg

There are a few pundits out there who are saying this.

I tend to agree.

All the recent BS in Iraq has given many repubs wobbly knees.

That is a shame, but I think Bush addressed some of them tonight. It is like a crack in the damn that spreads and the dems see it with glee.

All this business about neocons and such makes me ill with anger.

We need to be closing ranks and infuriating them! We have a good chance of a total blowout election. I hope these people get back in line, I have sent a few e-mails to that effect.

I would agree, except that the press and alphabet television media are on their side and will stop at nothing to get Bush out of office. Unlike Rush, who enjoys having one hand tied behind his back, our country can not persevere if much of the country continues to be exposed non-stop to this propaganda without hearing the other side.
