My husband gives Dubya's speech a grade of B-. It was a challenge to Iraq as it was to inform Americans. I give it a B or B-... was hoping for some really big "new" news I guess... a surprise of some sort.

was hoping for some really big "new" news I guess The news was that Dubya indeed has a specific 5-step plan much to the disappointment of those who are desperately trying to convince us otherwise. He also assured the Iraqi people that control of their country will come on schedule.
