Believers in the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence:
Where is Terri's independence?
I'm talking about her independence to learn and to be free from her lonely room.
To kick off Terri's May-June 2004 Dailies, our first article is by Deroy Murdock of Scripps Howard News Service.
Let Terri Schiavo's Parents Restore Her Dignity. May 22, 2004

Again, thank you for all you're doing to save Terri's life. Thank you so much.
I watched Michael Schiavo on Larry King Live. He is so full of hate and anger! He made me sick with those gold chains. What a monster. He hates all of us. He wants to punish the Schindlers most of all.
Been blowing a few trumpets from Fresno.
You're welcome. Who knew we'd still be duking it out over Terri's Law? The Dilbert cartoon in today's paper reminded me of the situation here in Pinellas-Pasco Counties. It referenced decisions and demons.
your 435, bravo.

Florida Supreme Court to Hear Terri Schiavo Case
LAKELAND, Florida, June 4, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Over the objections of Florida Governor Jeb Bush, a Florida appeals court has decided to "fast-track" Michael Schiavo's bid to have his wife's feeding tube removed so that Terri Schiavo will die. The Florida Supreme Court will hear the case filed by brain-disabled Terri Schiavo's estranged husband seeking to overturn a law Bush signed -- Terri's Law -- that saved her life.
The Florida 2nd District Court of Appeal approved a motion put forward by George Felos, the euthanasia advocate who is Michael Schiavo's lawyer, asking the appeals court to let the Florida Supreme Court decide the case. But attorneys for the governor say they want the case halted while the issue of whether Michael should have the authority to speak for Terri is resolved.
Governor Bush also said that Michael's interests may conflict with Terri's, implying it may be appropriate to appoint a new guardian on her behalf. Felos said the matter is so important that the state's high court should decide the case.
The appeals court agreed and, in granting Felos' request, denied the Bush team an opportunity to gather further information showing that Terri would not want to be killed.
Last August, the Florida Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal filed by Terri's family of a local judge's order allowing Michael to remove Terri's feeding tube.
In related news, the Regional Center for Independent Living in Rochester, New York, is hosting an outdoor green ribbon ceremony Friday, in honor of the controversial struggle to preserve Terri Schiavo's right to live.
Those who attend will receive green tartan ribbons, part of a national campaign to raise awareness of this issue. Donations will be accepted by RCIL for the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation. This national observance -- the Life Ribbon Campaign -- encourages community supporters to wear the ribbons until Terri comes home to her family.
"Despite any particular physical or mental impairments, life is our most precious gift," states Todd Eggert, Executive Director of RCIL, "and with this effort, RCIL is choosing to positively support Terri's right to life. Given that she is showing responsiveness and recognition of loved ones, how can anyone question that right?"

IT STILL BOGGLES MY MIND THAT FLORIDA IS TRYING TO KILL AN INNOCENT WOMAN. It's mind boggling that this is what we've come to as a nation.
Please pray for Terri and the Schindlers and for the Florida Supremes too.
He also pulled the feeding tube on both of his parents and said he felt good about it. Very odd, just wondering if he had something to gain there also. What's the chance of a person pulling the feeding tube on the three persons closest to him?
BTW, does anyone have a photo of his mistress, Jodi?
Voting to kill or not to kill an innocent woman by whose standards? The entire guardianship of Terri has been EVIL and CRUEL.
Let her live!
FYI. supremecourt@flcourts.org
I'm going to wait and see instead of rushing an email to them.
Jeb has two appointees. The rest were appointed by Lawton Chiles or it did not say in their bios one way or the other.
And Michael Schiavo has the legions consisting of death advocates and the ACLJ standing with him. I need to research Attorney Scott Swope who took things too far in his examination under oath of Terri's dad. He used to be a Pinellas County Sheriff but I've also heard that he's worked with the ACLU. I need to ck that out before I state it as a fact. Scott Paul Swope is a newer, but just as despicable player in this ruse to take an innocent woman's life. He looks like he's had a gallon of embalming fluid. The pro-death minions always look the part - that makes it even creepier than it already is.
Correction: ACLJ IS GOOD. ACLU IS BAD.
Here's their brief url. It's 50 pages or so. I was going to see if Scott Swope is on the bottom where the mouthpieces sign.

Someone in should have the info on Scott Swope.
They are stepping on Terri's life.
I have lots of info on Scott Swope but I cannot tie him to the ACLU. The Tampa Chapter doesn't show their membership though. I can't confirm or deny he's working with the them at this point. He's a cop gone bad, that's for sure.
To put a Terri Schindler Schiavo Life Ribbon on the bottom right of
your computer screen:
Copy the ribbon2.gif (extract from zip file) to your windows folder
or any folder you like:
http://www.bellsouthpwp.net/p/c/pc93/ribbon2.zip
You install this Holiday Lights program avail from:
http://download.com.com/3000-2389-10015273.html?
part=85357&subj=dlpage&tag=button
.. choose for it to start on startup during the installation.. it
will put lights around your computer screen but don't be scared. go
to bottom right system
tray with the red bulb there and click once.. go to holiday light
settings .. a window will pop up.. you drag the lights from the
surrounding boxes in the
window to the center and they disappear off your screen.. you then
click add bulb button and choose the ribbon from the location you
put it on your computer.
You then highlight an area of the ribbon with the square and hit
ok.. the ribbon will now show up as a selection in the place where
you draged the icons to
the center to make them go off your screen.. drag ribbon from center
to bottom right corner little window and it will then place the
ribbon on the bottom
right of your screen.. there is an option for it to be on the
desktop or floating. To turn off the Christmas music go to the
HOliday Lights Settings
- Music Box tab - and choose Never radio button under 'Play the
chosen songs'.
Another neat program available from the same company is DeskFlag..
you can install this to from:
http://www.tigertech.com/files/DeskFlagSetup.exe
DeskFlag was created after the terrorist attacks of September 11,
2001, and is dedicated to the memory of the victims. We hope that in
some small way, using
this program helps people demonstrate their condemnation of this
senseless act.
I made it so that if you install DeskFlag that Terri's Life Ribbon
will be over and to the right of it.
Let me know how it goes.
