Believers in the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence:

Where is Terri's independence?

I'm talking about her independence to learn and to be free from her lonely room.

To kick off Terri's May-June 2004 Dailies, our first article is by Deroy Murdock of Scripps Howard News Service.

Let Terri Schiavo's Parents Restore Her Dignity. May 22, 2004

>> ............. he's just a pawn.

I think we'd better be plenty cautious about Michael Schiavo. He showed a brutal side towards his wife long before the lawyers got into this, and a devious streak as well, when he was lying about the "malpractice." His malevolence keeps bubbling up. I fancy that Deborah Bushnell must be the author of the scheme to keep Terri locked up and to deny her any kindness or therapy, but I'll bet Bushnell gets some of that hatred from Michael.

IMO, various factors brought HINO together with the nursing director, Hospice and then straight to HINO's attorney. If it wasn't Michael, as bad and evil as he has been and continues to be, they would have found someone else to test the new laws on.

He didn't have all the pro-death groups and the ACLU behind him in the early years of the life of the longest terminal patient in recorded history. (sarcasm tag). In that regard, he is a pawn. They want him to succeed because these outside forces believe they know what's best; the courts know what's best if they are judicial activists and it's tagged a privacy issue.

We've come a long way, baby. Murder is a mere privacy issue.

I have no dispute about that side of the story.

You are very welcome! You're correct about FR having a wealth of info. FoxNews is the only one that even comes close!!

there is another petition re Felos& Bushnell violations of the Fl bar but I can't find it right now.

I'd love to shout from the housetops about these petitions, just need to figure out the best most effective way to spread the word.

Since there are suspicions regarding Michael having had a hand in what happened to Terri, he certainly should not be her guardian. That he wants her to die a horrible death by starvations speaks for itself.

Not only is there is a conflict of interest, but Michael has publicly shown himself to be vindictive and evil.

Michael keeps Terri as if she were chattel.

And that is why someone with guts should throw the book at Judge George Greer. He's not done much more than warm a chair while the scene has been set. He's just signed papers, i.e. death warrants.

Where is State or Federal Law Enforcement? IMO, this entire fiasco rises to the level of racketeering and massive fraud and abuse.

Kate O'Bierne, of the "National Review" and conservative panelist on CNN's "Capital Gang," used her "Outrage" segment this week on the refusal of Michael R. Schiavo to permit the Schindlers to visit their daughter, Terri. She was fairly strong in her report but was limited by time in explaining this complicated case to the uninformed sheeple.

Whew. That's a great indictment of Greer. Is the following still accurate?

'...Judge George Greer not legally a Judge in his current capacity
"Also, Judge Greer did not qualify to be on the 1998 ballot because he did not "qualify" in the statutorily prescribed 5 day period. Nor did he file his FS876.05 Oath to the laws and constitution according to it's nonexistence according to the records of where it should have been filed. Pursuant to FS876.05 (2) he has never qualified to receive compensation by his employer. Further, the county is required on behalf of the People to judicially seek the recovery of all the statutorially prohibited compensation he has already mistakenly, even criminally, received.

>b>The county will be PUBLICLY encouraged to seek recovery of unauthorized wages that this unauthorized, unqualified, and tresspassing Judge has been receiving and actions to facilitate his immediate resignation and delisting him from the payroll records and his disqualification from and prohibition from non-entitled employment related benefits resulting from his unauthorized employment. This would figure to be upwards of $600,000 based on reverse calculation of the 4 percent campaign fee he paid of the expected wages of the elected positon sought.

It's obvious that Judge Greer is but one of the many players in a game that has jeopardized and harmed the life of one of this state's citizens and should be stripped of ever being a Judge, Attorney or any other position of Public Trust -- as the law provides the Governor the authority to do. Not just a level 4 verbal and public reprimanded."

'Where is State or Federal Law Enforcement?'

That's what I would like to know.

Is 'the laws of this state be faithfully executed' still in the Constitution or Statutes of the State of Florida, or have they been removed as too inconvenient for the new agenda?
