Notice that a caregiver denying visitors is considered as abuse!!! Also the bedsore is a sign of neglect, but we knew that,...the illustrious Judge Greer doesn't.

Signs and symptoms of physical abuse include but are not limited to:

* bruises, black eyes, welts, lacerations, and rope marks;
* bone fractures, broken bones, and skull fractures;
* open wounds, cuts, punctures, untreated injuries in various stages of healing;
* sprains, dislocations, and internal injuries/bleeding;
* broken eyeglasses/frames, physical signs of being subjected to punishment, and signs of being restrained;
* laboratory findings of medication overdose or under utilization of prescribed drugs;
* an elder's report of being hit, slapped, kicked, or mistreated;
* an elder's sudden change in behavior; and
* the caregiver's refusal to allow visitors to see an elder alone.

SIGNS of Neglect

* dehydration, malnutrition, untreated bed sores, and poor personal hygiene;
* unattended or untreated health problems;
* hazardous or unsafe living condition/arrangements (e.g., improper wiring, no heat, or no running water);
* unsanitary and unclean living conditions (e.g. dirt, fleas, lice on person, soiled bedding, fecal/urine smell, inadequate clothing); and
* an elder's report of being mistreated.

This is the day while Terri was starving that her dad showed the video to the news media because they were killing his daughter. Sounds reasonable to me out of desperation for the world to see. I was standing next to the tv-vcr which was to my left. I couldn't see the video but I could hear the audio of Terri vocalizing and laughing.

This videotape is being used against the Schindlers and they're not even certain WHAT VIDEOTAPE this other charity is hawking on line. The Schindlers aren't hawking any videotapes of Terri.

It's really complicated but once I type up my notes, you'll see that's a pretty weak argument for parents to be guarded so they don't record her being responsive. That's who she is: responsive and how can HINO's attorneys go on tv and say she's brain dead when she's DEFINITELY NOT. It's preposterous and Bushnell is a lousy attorney in my opinion. She's not as articulate as Felos but this was Bushnell's Petition to Amend Visitation. Greer said why not the visitation as before the Clearwater PD investigation. Not so fast, your honor: HINO'S ATTORNEYS: DEBRA BUSHNELL AND SCOTT SWOPE (translucent lightweight in a suit).

Other witnesses: A woman whose sister works for Debra Bushnell received a videotape allegedly of Terri at her home address. IT WAS ORDERED by her sister who works for Debra Bushnell. BUSHNELL's judicial assistant ordered the alleged tape of Terri to "entrap" Mr. Schindler for trying to make money from the videotape. He wanted to prove she wasn't brain dead and by gosh, mission accomplished! She wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for that videotape. THE MAKING MONEY OFF OF TERRI WASN'T TRUE.

Terri's dad has only made "pennies" which was in the form of a reimbursement and that was his testimony.

They tried to demonize Terri's dad and if Greer amends visitation as per BUSHNELL, well, there goes some more votes Greer will lose.

The following poll results may be a factor in why FL seems to rally behind Michael R. Schiavo in this tragedy.

ORLANDO, Fla. - President Bush and Sen. John Kerry are in a statistical dead heat in Florida less than six months before the presidential election, according to a new Zogby International poll.

The poll surveyed voters in 16 battleground states that have been besieged by more than $115 million of television advertisements supporting the candidates.

In Florida, 49 percent of likely voters support Kerry, 48 percent prefer Bush and 1 percent choose independent Ralph Nader, according to the poll, which has a margin of error was 3.4 percentage points.
