Thank you all for your recent posts about Robert Wendlend, Hugh Finn, Marjorie Nighbert, Nancy Cruzan, etc. Thanks to MarMema for introducing me to these true stories.

How tragic that we as a nation have allowed this to happen. I remember feeling this way last fall when I first heard of Terri and the others who have gone before her. May God richly bless, protect, and encourage the Schindlers in this great fight against evil.

I encourage everyone to get acquainted with these other cases, as Felos uses these as precedents in the courtroom against Terri. THERE NEEDS TO BE A NEW PRECEDENT SET! WE CANNOT LET THE EVILDOERS TAKE OVER!

Seems to me that "kill the patient" laws have a lot to answer for. It isn't the lack of living wills that's causing grief but the evil modern conceit that it is acceptable to euthanize a patient for economic or "quality of life" reasons.

It also seems to me that the Finn and Cruzan families ought to be eternally ashamed of themselves for killing a loved one who became inconvenient to them.

I never watch his show, so I wouldn't know. I will say this though, if he doesn't treat them right, he's going to be getting some LOVELY e-mail from me that he didn't count on. Hear that Aaron? You better be nice to the Schindlers...or else!

I wonder what happened at the hearing today. The suspense! Poor Terri. With the exception of the gov stepping in to save her life, it's been nothing but one defeat after another for Terri and the Schindler's. At least she's still alive. Come quickly, Lord Jesus.

I'm waiting with bated breath...but I try not to get my hopes up. Greer has been such a "let-down" as far as judges go.

According to our local ABC affiliate on this morning's news, there were two issues to be explored at the hearing today. The first was the visitation issue that we've all heard about. The second had to do with some sort of distribution from a joint tax return.

Not a single word on the afternoon news, though, as to how it went.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF HEARING: May 26, 2004 2:00 pm until at least 4:30 pm.

The Schindlers were granted Visitation by J. Greer for Saturdays from 1 pm to 2:30 pm only. Greer wants to study that Terri's dad is in trouble for the videotape at Terri's Fight. He gave Terri's dad a hard time over the videotape that imo helped save her life when people saw that she wasn't in coma. I have at least ten pages of notes. 8 witnesses and the only honest ones were Terri's dad and brother. THE HOSPICE EMPLOYEES, including Janice Boutin all got their stories wrong. There was a cat fight between the opposing attorneys, all the Hospice witnesses compared notes in the restroom after testifying. ONE OF THE HOSPICE WITNESSES No. 1 talked to Michael Schiavo BEFORE she talked to the police. "excuse me"? And it went like that the entire hearing Revelation after revelation. Nobody's testimony jived and it was hard for us to contain ourselves. I want to do a detailed account of the Visitation Hearing today but it may take half a day to translate my notes. To do it right, it may take the rest of the week. There was news media there as well. As soon as the real transcript is available, I'll make sure a copy is available. So many witnesses so much conflicting testimony. Pat Anderson did a great job. Terri's side - the seating was full. The other side were just the Hospice Witnesses who seemed to have variations of English accents. ONLY ONE OF THE WITNESSES HAD NO OPINION ON WHETHER THEY FELT THAT TERRI'S PARENTS WOULD HARM HER OR NOT. THAT WAS THE WITNSES WHO TALKED TO MICHAEL BEFORE SHE TALKED TO THE POLICE. The other Hospice employees stated "no", they didn't believe Terri's parents would harm her.

TEN PAGES of poor handwriting for me to go through, so, it's going to take some time. I have pictures and will put them here as soon as possible.

Michael, Greer and their enablers want to starve Terri to death, yet they are concerned that Terri's father might harm her?! And they are upset because the father videotaped his own daughter?!

They are sick and twisted. There's no other way to put it. Wait until you see my typed up court summary. The Hospice witnesses didn't do Michael any favors. They were testifying re: the police report which was already part of the record. All it did to have these witnesses was that the Schindler's side learned how things are run Michael's way.

Sounds like Michael has gotten Janice Boutin's number. For the record, if the videotape that Greer hates so much is the one which shows she's not in a coma, am I mistaken, but that one was taken BEFORE the order was issued to not have any pictures of Terri, right? Wasn't it part of the documentation that was given in the court at the 2000 trial? Greer is an @$$#%!e. He better watch out, his bias is showing!!!

CNN was there. If they show the courtroom, Terri's Angels were sitting in the row right behind the Schindlers. We were all taking copious notes...The Hospice witnesses made fools of themselves. The first one did the most lying under oath in my opinion.
