Here are the Republicans: Richard Shelby ($2000, although it's reported twice, in 2003), Phil Gramm ($2000 in 2001), Rudy Giuliani (was returned $1000 in 2000, so he must have given some earlier, yes $2000 in 1999), Bush and Cheney ($1000 in 1999, $2000 in 2003, although he gave $5000 to Friends of Albert Gore Jr., Inc.), Joe Tiberi ($1000 in 2000). But the tens of thousands to the DNC and DCCC is shocking.

His money seems to go to Clintonites.
