I would like to think that the FBI tipped off the railway authorities about this device after keeping some individual under observation. It's hard to believe that some worker just "happened" to stumble on such a small item which was camouflaged and tucked under a rail. I believe in luck, but an accidental discovery seems to good to be true.

I don't find this suprising at all. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of cells in this country ready to go. The bad thing is that the Feds won't do anything about keeping them out and if there is an attack the Feds are going to make life miserable for the honest citizens of this country. I'm betting something big is going to happen this summer.
