House Minority Leader Nacy Pelosi, just now on CNN's "Inside Polictics" with Judy Woodruff, flatly predicted that after the November election the House would have its first female Speaker.

I predict that the Republicans will maintain control of the House, pick up at least two seats in the Senate, and retain the White House.
The way House districts are gerrymandered, it is very unlikely Pelosi will become Speaker.
