House Minority Leader Nacy Pelosi, just now on CNN's "Inside Polictics" with Judy Woodruff, flatly predicted that after the November election the House would have its first female Speaker.

Reminds me of an old, old story. Spiro Agnew accused Senator Charles Goodell, who declared his opposition to the Vietnam War, of being the Christine Jorgensen of the Republican Party.
