You realize you could apply that (non)logic to tactical nuclear weapons as well, right? I've a question for you: what weapon would count as a WMD? Would you recant your position if it was found?
Oh, so its a question of how its deployed...does it count then as a WMD if its in an artillery shell next to a road, I mean, IYO?
