My youngest girl almost died from chicken pox as a toddler
I'm so glad your daughter is ok! When mine were toddlers, I saw some of the neighborhood children with chicken pox. The strain seemed so much more severe than when we were kids.
My mother was always telling me to go ahead and expose them. I didn't and was eventually able to get them both vaccinated. They've both since come down with chicken pox, but one had only about 6 pox and the other about 10. I was grateful for the vaccine.
