Nakhodka, Russia, a container port in the Russian Far East, on the Sea of Japan, became Oakland's sister city in April 1975. At that time, ships from Nakhodka (population 165,000) which has rail connections to the Trans Siberian and a large fishing industry, called at the Port of Oakland.

How can I sit here thinking that those missiles were meant to be delivered to the U.S.?
Either in a cargo container or as a speeding object.
still have a niggley thought, that they have a connection to the exploding N. Korea train.

Remember a few weeks back the report of the rockets or missiles that were in a warehouse near the Oakland Airport? But which went missing by the time somebody investigated, something like that...
