I wasn't smart enough to write down the towns name, but it is a major seaport and I was correct on the N.Korea and China being right there.
There are nice pictures of the Russian copters that would fire them.

About those 200 Russian missiles found by the side of the road. I decided to check out the town.........Seems as though it's a container port!! Seems as though it's a sister city to Jerry Brown's Oakland, Ca. (just a side note)

Nakhodka, Russia, a container port in the Russian Far East, on the Sea of Japan, became Oakland's sister city in April 1975. At that time, ships from Nakhodka (population 165,000) which has rail connections to the Trans Siberian and a large fishing industry, called at the Port of Oakland.
