I am five miles from the Mall of America. I e-mailed Jill last night with this person's cell phone number and am still waiting to hear from her. In the meantime, my sister, who also lives near me, called the police and they told her it was an urgent matter. She was to give them my information, but I have not yet heard from her. I will update ASAP.

You should get off the computer and call 911! YOU need to talk to the police with your daughter and her friend as soon as possible!
