I'm thinking the empty suitcases are a probe. Our responses to these events are being monitored closely.
I'm expecting these probes to continue for a while.
I think you're right that they'll continue probing. Sometime between now and the election, something will happen. This time though, the "chatter" is being carefully monitored by the gov. and us!
OPINION: I agree.
Some suitcases are most likely probes.
Some suitcases may be copy-cat nuts
getting their kicks at seeing the response
to leaving suitcases around.
