As I've tried to say evidently not so effectively . . .

It would take 2-3 weeks to get a baseline of normal behavior.

Then, when most of the people saw a set of behaviors across a diversity of locations and Moslems which indicated a very significant change in their demeanor etc. I'd post that to I guess now, it's own thread.

It would be a kind, a type of an early warning signal that something significant was up, about to happen, evidently. then we'd all be even more alert etc. and perhaps stay away from certain targets until an all clear was sounded or something had happened and was over with.

We'd be watching for and reporting a

SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN MOSLEM BEHAVIOR, DEMEANOR.

across a diversity of groups and locations.

And giving that info to FR etc.

IT WOULD BE A VERY SUMMARIZED, SORT OF KEY TID BIT OF INFORMATION. It wouldn't be specific to individuals or groups or even locations unless there was something obviously dramatically important to say about a particular location.
