His father is a muslim cleric, he is a friend of Jose Padilla and is suspected of having stolen radioactive material in Canada after posing as a student.

Also, I find it odd that Ashcroft is recycling all of these terrorists. All of their pictures have been on the FBI site for months. Don't they know about any others? Isn't there supposed to be 18,000? Where are their pictures?
