As I rarely go out, I don't see the muslims.
But I would not care for your plan, it invites all kinds of games and could certainly cause trouble for the T.M. group and for the Free Republic as a whole.
All we need is to get sued for picking on a group.
If anyone has seen anything odd they have so stated, so there is no way to make it a big deal, that could be misunderstood.

EMAIL THE COMPLETED CHECKLIST TO ME, JUST PIPER AND INDIE. As long as I was available and connected, I'd put the info into XCEL OR SPSS and run some basic statistics on it and then post the statistics to the thread. I'd provide a private email for such though FREEPMAIL might be OK.
After 2-3 weeks, we should have a baseline of data from hopefully at least 2 dozen observers widely scattered over the USA. Then, if the baselines suddenly changed for a significant percentage of the Moslems, we'd have some very interesting and potentially very useful, safety enhancing data.
Any thoughts, suggestions, detractions regarding such an effort?
