OPINION: I would honestly like to know (and in detail) what exactly those two Israelis did. Period.
Yes, we deport them so they can attempt reentry or carry out an attack on us elsewhere. Not much of a deterrent or message to any other terrorists out there willing to give it a try.
Jail is not for terrorists. It is for losers who have nothing to lose and for American property owners who have assets (money, cars, houses) that the attorneys and courts can liquidate to their own advantage. (especially the attorneys).
