What ever happened to that guy in Pennsylvania who had that bomb attached to his head? Yes, I know he blew up...but was that ever decided on whether it was meant to be a suicide attack?

I think it's still under investigation. They have offered a reward for information. This may be one of those weird cases that never gets solved. I'll do some checking and post any updates...
