If that is true, then that is really screwed up. I don't trust him one bit. If he was in any country under Sharia law, and the government picked him up, he would never be seen again. I would love to tell him to pick up and move to Syria if the US is so damned horrible.
Our local news (KFMB) just said that the police and authorities here have known about this latest terror threat (and it sounded like additionally the 7 specific folks to BOLO) for at least the past two weeks and the police chief mentioned folks being observed taking photos of the runway at the airport and the Coronado Bridge (apparently beyond normal pics that someone might take of it as a tourist).
Just FYI...thought it was interesting b/c most of the rest of the news stations are making it out as some "new" threat and that folks (obviously not here on TM) are surprised by it when obviously it could have come even sooner. Perhaps they waited till closer to Memorial Day weekend? I recall heading to SF and they mentioned the GG and Oakland BB, as bridge threats coming out near this time last year as I was well as Coronado then, too.
But if you live in bear country, like I do, will vanilla attract the bigger and furrier creatures and make them hungry?

I'd say prayerfully choose those you are most frequently in observation of.
The easiest to observe consistently.
Perhaps those most . . . disturbing to your spirit in some way.
No more than say 2-3 target sites, clusters of them; co-workers etc.
Don't want it to be too burdensome of a task. Just a quick walk by or glancing scan that seems quite ordinary and then filling out the form. Zip. Done.
I suppose one could even buy say an apple every X often if such was an option. Though, given all the givens, I probably wouldn't eat it. Might feed it to a pig! LOL.

As I've tried to say evidently not so effectively . . .
It would take 2-3 weeks to get a baseline of normal behavior.
Then, when most of the people saw a set of behaviors across a diversity of locations and Moslems which indicated a very significant change in their demeanor etc. I'd post that to I guess now, it's own thread.
It would be a kind, a type of an early warning signal that something significant was up, about to happen, evidently. then we'd all be even more alert etc. and perhaps stay away from certain targets until an all clear was sounded or something had happened and was over with.
We'd be watching for and reporting a
SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN MOSLEM BEHAVIOR, DEMEANOR.
across a diversity of groups and locations.
And giving that info to FR etc.
IT WOULD BE A VERY SUMMARIZED, SORT OF KEY TID BIT OF INFORMATION. It wouldn't be specific to individuals or groups or even locations unless there was something obviously dramatically important to say about a particular location.
The key chemical in all the OFF etc. insect repellants.
