Sure sounds like Ann Garrels. Can we pin down her movements to fix her in place and time? That intersection would be close enough to begin a freep campaign. Force her to deny it (or no) on the record. Then prove she's a liar, a traitoress, or both.
I can't place her there during the time frame but her tude is clear about her country..................she seems to be very willing to pay lip service to all our enemies.
