I think that since there are more European Americans trying to force their thinking and lifestyles on the muslims in America that they feel they MUST show that they will not change their religious customs for anybody just because euro Americans don't like it.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'force their thinking and lifestyles'. I certainly have no problem with Muslims practicing their religion, but the tenents of the Koran must be voluntary for Muslims. Muslim women should not be forced to wear a headscarf. Nor should Muslims be using Sharia law in this country. That would be equivalent to Christians using Biblical law to resolve their disputes. A dumb idea all around.
If Muslism in this country feel threatened by White Europeans, maybe they shouldn't come here. Or they could publically announce their support for the United States and not side with their Muslim 'brothers'.
Tim McVeigh was one person. He also did not say that he was blowing up the Murrah building for Jesus. Millions of Muslims subscribe to a radical form of Islam.
