Good on Senator Allard for mentioning the Kerry fundraising letter again... Thats taking a page from the Democrat's Handbook. Except in this instance he is repeating facts not smears.

Allard got in that the pics were taken on the soldiers own personal cameras not government issue cameras. Kinda blows the "but it was done on orders" excuse.
