A lot of these young people will be reporting to the local clinic for "mysterious" sore throats and nasty genital injuries, which involve what are apparently bite marks....
To: mlmr
Hysterical. God forbid the kids would have to use a little restraint.
I come from a generation where you were threatened with severe bodily harm, inflicted by your parents,if you had sex at all.
It was a lot easier for us than for these kids,we just didn't dare fool around much.

Oh, I see, Bill Clinton was only being a pioneer in the battle against teen pregnancy.

Ummm, Clinton was "educated" there. Perhaps we now know where he got his point of view as to oral sex.
And he sent his daughter there also.

The government has spent more than £60 million to tackle the problem but so far failed to halt the rise. Failed to halt the rise, indeed. Saltpeter is rumored to help.

I agree ... .
Wonder how much money was spent on this and how the "data" was collected.
Have these people ever heard of self control, i.e. ABSTINACE?
Through self control, abstinence, you are guaranteed NOT to get pregnant or get a STD! WHY must we ALWAYS ASSUME that kids WILL have sex? By pushing this stuff in their face all that's happening is ENCOURAGING sex.

This is disgusting. Perish the thought that children be taught the importance of abstinence as a fail-proof method for preventing teenage pregnancy and contraction of STDs.

This will simply encourage more sexual promiscuity. Abstinence is the only safe way to discourage teenage pregnancy.

Why does this remind me about swamps and alligators?
Seems to me 20% will learn "caution", but 100% will become oral sex experts.
Aren't many STDs just as easily transmitted this way? Is pregnancy the only thing to fear?

Oral sex is foreplay. Lets encourage them to have foreplay in the hopes that they don't have play. Great idea. Where's that dumbass emoticon when I need it.
