Y'all make some good points, and maybe she has met her match with Rumsfeld. I can only hope and pray that is the case. Rush did make it a point to "mark your calander."

lavrenti - Gorelick isn't destroyed yet, not in the sense that 'the media' has gotten on her case. CBS, ABS, NBS, MSNBS and the print have barely mentioned it other than to stand behind her. Look how the RINOs on the 9/11 commission have done nothing, even refused to criticize her.

I listened to the snip Rush played of Hillary and Sec. Rumsfeld's exchange in Friday's hearing. That was the first time I'd heard mention of the Taguba Report so I didn't have a clue as to what Rush was referring. Immediately after playing the clip, Rush made his "mark your calender" comment. Now that I've read this thread, I understand that Hillary has gotten her slimy little hands on prosecutorial (sp) material that wasn't even available to the Secretary.

What I consider so odd about this bombshell is that no mention of it has been made anywhere except Free Republic and of course, Rush's program. To me, this is a 'heads should roll' offense and I hope Hillary finally meets the Red Queen she tries so diligently to emulate.

The media has nothing to do with it. They're a separate issue entirely. Getting to this perspective is tough, took me years, but one has to understand that despite the best efforts to tear them down, the core principles of our governing institutions remain.

Hillary! and her ilk succeed when they work the system. They fail when they move beyond its boundaries.

They'll learn, soon enough.
