Is the issue here Clinton's knowledge of the pictures, the Taguba report or both? Both I believe because this RAW report was the first time it had the pictures with it
Somehow CBS received it before the Pentagon
and the first time Rummy and the Generals read that report was on Monday

Myers was very clear (except in the one instance I cited) in drawing a clear distinction between the report that was released and the pictures.

Rumsfeld said several times that the leaking of the pictures (whoever leaked them) was illegal. So, apparently, they were considered classified.
