In today's testimony before the Armed Services Committee Hillary Clinton may have revealed the source of the leak of the report. Please have a look at the relevant snippets of the transcript from today.
I guess my theory is this: If she isn't behind the leak, she knows exactly who is.

I remember Memogate. Senator Rockefeller, on the Senate Select Intelligence Committee, wrote a memo detailing a plan to selectively declassify and use against President Bush anything potentially embarrassing that they could.
He was called to task by a few others, among them Senator Roberts, head of the committee, and Senator Zell Miller, who said, "If this is not treason, it is a close cousin."
Senator Rockefeller was called on to resign over it. He refused to, and he refused to apologize.
This is war, on the home front. Our best weapon is the truth. Everyone must remember, and everyone MUST know.

Maybe we could ask Jamie Gorelick. Or rather Manuel(?) Miranda. We all know how the Dems hate hypocrisy.

"The focus on the pictures being released is, with all due respect, missing the point." Heard it on Rush today. I thought, 'Yes, Hillary, you serpent, let's keep the focus on the subject of the pictures, not what went wrong with internal security to subvert the handling of this matter in a gracious and discreet way. Not what the press is doing with their coordinated, massive attack. Not what the results will be with respect to the safety and confidence of our troops.
No, let's keep the focus on the abuse SO NOBODY MISSES THE RIGHT POINT.
We certainly don't want any 'competing' points to come up.

I expect an internal investigation has started, and that dumbass in the crusty pants suit just made the focus a whole lot easier. They're going to rip into every Clinton-connected employee like nobody's business now. I sure hope so ..
I also want to who the Aid to the Active Member of Congress was that Curt Weldon mentioned today

Not treason, but interfering with a criminal investigation, possible other charges like theft of government property.
Whoever gets busted gets hard time. Hillary! cannot claim senatorial protection if it is discovered she was somehow involved. Felony, baby. Felony.

Yeah, I'm wondering about that aide, too.
These people are so stupid. It's as if they think that Bush is really stupid or that he is incapable of a brutal response.
What I like about our guys is that we know how to hurt without leaving a mark. Telephone books and oranges wrapped in a towel.
Ask Jamie Gorelick. Ashcroft destroyed her credibility and that garbage scow 9|11 Commission she sleazed on to. Haven't heard much from them now, have we?

From the Myers/Dayton exchange......
MYERS: Thank you, sir.
Thank you, Senator Dayton.
This was not to suppress anything. What I asked CBS News to do was to delay the release of the pictures , given the current situation in Iraq, which was as bad as it had been since major combat ended, because I thought it bring direct harm to our troops; it would kill our troops.
We talked about it, and I said, "I know this report will eventually come out. But this -- if you can delay it for some period of time -- it would be helpful."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Because of Dayton's continual reference to the pictures as the report, even the Chairman JCOS eventually lost the distinction between the "pictures" and the "report".
I bring this up because, unlike Kerry and the medals vs. ribbons farce, I'm of the belief that the "report" and the "pictures", when referenced in the context as to their public disclosure, are two seperate and distinct pieces of information and not interchangeable.

HAVE OUR DETECTIVES REVEALED THE IDENTITY OF THE IRAQ TAPE LEAKER???
Do all clues lead to blot on American society Michael Moore as the man responsible for leaking Iraqi "torture" tapes to US and international media?
Several weeks ago Michael Moore bragged he had cameramen in his employ who were sending tapes everyday from Iraq via FedEx. He claimed these tapes were going to "tell the truth" about the situation in Iraq. Is it a coincidence that Moore claimed to be having Bush-related distribution problems with his upcoming treatment of the science fiction classic "Fahreinheit 451"
It fits perfectly within his publicity timeline and Moore's views and vows to bring Bush, Cheney, Rummy and administration. Finally, knowing President Bush would react with honor and compassion in a way that would hurt his conservative base by eventually apologizing for the actions of these soldiers and the Bush haters calling for the head of Secretary Rumsfeld.
Could Moore have believed it to be a win-win situation. Could this have been Moore's baby all along?

As soon as she made her remark and Rumsfeld responded, the look on her face was, 'ut oh - I screwed up'.
I posted a comment about while that while she was still questioning earlier today.
She had more information, apparently, about the photos, etc., than even the Pentagon/Rumsfeld had. That does raise suspicions.

I don't know how you know that. When Rumsfeld said this, my ears perked up. It was a kind of verbal bookmark for the savvy listener.
I think he knows darn well how she knows that, and wanted to call attention to the moment. Mission accomplished, Mr. Secretary.
