It is most certainly against the Geneva Convention to distribute these type of photos. I am truly amazed that any of our trained military would not have recognized that. I would be very surprised if the Old Media did not realize that... It sure would be nice to know if they could be held somehow liable for doing so. Can a news organization (CBS in this case) be charged with violating the Geneva Convention?

I know there's a military lawyer on FR sometimes who teaches GC stuff, but I believe he's an Aussie, and is probably in bed now.
